The Application Procedure
As an employer, you should consider Australia’s work permits in two categories: skilled visas and sponsored visas. Your employee must file an online Expression of Intent (EOI) through SkillSet if they require a skilled visa. This online application system accepts and processes applications for qualified people. They will be awarded points based on variables such as age, abilities, education, language competence, and others. If their profile is chosen, they will be nominated by you or an Australian state territory.
Sponsored visas necessitate that you sponsor the employee in order for them to apply. You must, however, be an authorised sponsor with a nomination transaction reference number (TRN) or employer ID. Once things are obtained, the employee can apply online for an Australian Visa.
